Matrescence (and similarly, patrescence) is the most profound change one can experience as an adult. Becoming a primary caregiver literally changes the structure and functioning of your brain and nervous system in ways that can be downright magical, but can also make the tasks of daily life in those early newborn days overwhelming to say the least.

When I enter into the postpartum time with a new family my goals are three-fold:

• Keep the ecosystem of your home afloat

• Strategize how your family systems can change and adapt to the demands of your new family member

• Optimize and harness the potential of the neuroplasticity of the moment to support both the bond with your baby and your goals as an individual.

Postpartum time is intense in its potency. It is my honor to witness and support families through the first few months of their baby’s life.

A la carte postpartum doula services:

4-hour day rate: $300

8-hour day rate: $500

Contract Options: 10% off total when contracting 10 days or more, 15% off total when contracting 20 days or more. Birth clients receive additional contract discount benefits.
